Japan and Hawai'i Wahine and Kupuna combined for the King Kamehameha Hula Competition that was held at the Blasidell Arena.  Our Kupuna danced to the song "Pohai Kealoha", and our Wahine danced "I Ke Kula O He'eia" for Kahiko and "Ka Nohona Pili Kai" by Keali'i Reichel for Auana.  Mahalo to Weldon Kekauoha and Maui's own Napua Greig for playing for us!  Our Kupuna took first place and Wahine took first place Kahiko and second place Auana!  Congrats to everyone!
